We get the same in Canada with US numbers so they can circumvent the do not call list - that list was another total waste of taxpayer monies in both our countries because the telemarketers figure it out. At my office we probably get up to 15 telemarketing calls a day but we ignore them at home they are starting to diminish.
I've received a few calls from: 647-837-3080 in the last while... most of them when my husband & I were at work... no msgs left of course.... Until this AM... this number phoned three times between 3:30 & 4:15 AM....This time they left a msg... it was a man with an unknown accent... I couldn't hear his name.. I thought he said Denman or something... called us by our first names (Which are on our v/m greeting..) and said something inaudible....and then "I want to know you're ok.... if you want to caller her back, you can... Ok, Bye.." While cooking breakfast this AM... I decided to block my number and phone it back... I let the number ring probably about 30-40 times before giving up.... no on answered... no answering service............ Hmmm.....
