When I phoned the above number it reported that my HSBC business card would be locked and asked that I reactivate. I am concerned as I do not hold accounts with HSBC
Received a text 7 days after being declined at a Sovereign Bank ATM that said, Sovereign Bank Alert. Debit Card locked. Call 650 200 4041 to unlock it. I do not have a a Sovereign Bank Account and my own bank does not even have my cell number on file with them as I opened the account years before cell phones were popular. Upon talking with security at my bank they have no record of my declined transactions, only record of the next bank that I went to next to get money. My bank stated that, that was a big red flag having no record of the failed transaction. (there was plenty of money in the account) They closed my account immediately and are looking into the problem. Please call your bank if you try to use an ATM and get denied with adequate funds or receive this text. Do not call the text back.
Just got a text from phone number 650-200-1468 saying "We'd like to speak with you about the position you applied for on our job board". Never applied for a job, texted STOP to cancel.
I received a text from them regarding a job that I applied for. They text me twice at 5 am I'm assuming it's a scam because what kob texts you at 5 am and they have texted me from 4 different numbers and the other numbers that they text me from, I goohles and they were all numbers that have been from scammers hacking into your computer or iPhone . My suggestion stay away and delete the text.
Received a text from 650 830-7263, [and another number of 650 200-1472 appeared in the text] to speak with someone about a position I had applied for. When I asked for their specific information, as none was provided, there was no response. I blocked the number.
