The caller ID said TEST. I pick up and a recording of some lady who sounds like the 'Rachel from card services' calls said, "Hello. Congratulations, because you've made your payments on time you qualify to a lower rate on all your existing credit card accounts." I hung up at that point. This is a scam!
So this number just called me and when I asked to be removed from their list the man on the phone asked me to remove my clothes!!!! Had a strong accent, so I thought he misspoke or something, but no, when I asked him to repeat himself he said it again. What the heck??!!!!!
