Who called from 6502621221

This same person runs on multiple phone numbers. His voice is already on record with the FBI.

I wish there was a "Scam" option to describe call types.
"Telemarketer", as icky as they may be, is not sufficient to describe this.

650 262-1221 call on my phone just said (test)

I always ask for their company name, followed by a inescapable demand for their federal and state tax. ID number,  I do his with all of types of intrusive calls.  Usually followed by vulgar  or foreign language and a definitive and audible disconnection

I don't understand why the phone company doesn't prohibit these callers.
These cons call continuously, 'even though I told them to stop calling.' Idiots!
