Lots of noise in the background. Said they were from PG&E calling about reducing my energy bill. Knew my last name. However, the call was from a 650, and I don't live in that area anymore even though my cell number is still from there. I also don't use PG&E. Suspect it was spam. Told them I wasn't interested and hung up. I get a call almost every tuesday and thursday from some kind of number in the 650 area code. Very annoying.
