Same problem- repeated calls from 650 385 0058 after completing one year of Netgear Tech support. Not able to call back, number not in use. ANSWER: CALL 800 448 1698 TECH SUPPORT. Tell them your issue once you get to a tech support guy and he will remove your number so that their outgoing sales team will cease calling !
OMG! I get calls from this number every day. Is it from Netgear? the number doesn't work. I tried your tech support number but it is constantly busy. does anyone know how to block it from verizon or iphone?
It seems to be that this company keeps changing location in Northern California. Their location varies from time to time. I have received phone calls from this number from San Francisco, San Jose, Redwood City, San Mateo. Today I received 2 phone calls from them a minute apart. The first one, no one answered. The second time, it was someone from Netgear. This person was trying to convey me to renew my service contract with Netgear. I have told Netgear in the past that I would not renew my contract. Netgear would not take no for an answer. This time I told the Netgear representative to stop making harassing phone call. By the way, shortly after I hang up the phone someone called me again. This time it was an unlisted number. I bet you it was Netgear again. What can we do to make Netgear from calling us?
