Whether someone is selling these companies the DO NOT CALL registry or simply ignoring them - either way- they need to be reported to the FTC. http://www.realtybuildersinc.com/ They are in Southern California so why are they using a Northern California caller ID is beyond me.

Received call from JEREMY... Said they were from "SKYLINE BUILDERS". They get people freaked out because they know your home address but they are likely miles away. They are looking for a payout to refer you to a real contractor, etc.
"We have a "technician" and/or "handy man" in your area that is able to provide you with a free estimate to A. help you save on your energy bill or B. increase your home's value.
"Telemarketers who say they represent companies such as American Solar Solutions, Preferred Home Builders, National Renewable Energy Center and Professional Builders and Remodeling Inc. are among those who routinely call local consumers to offer quotes and unbeatable deals" (include Home Design Center, Home Design, Inc. Top Design, etc.)
