Did you by any chance get an e-mail in response to a resume that you submitted for a job? And this was the phone number at the bottom of the e-mail?
I received the same email, regarding the submission of my resume. I tried to call prior to submitting any information, and when I didn't get an answer, I googled Pruman LLC. I'm glad I did...
Such a shame that scammers would try to capitalize on people looking for a job in this economy.
Oh dear. Glad I stopped... When I got to the website and it asked me to get my credit score I knew something was wrong because if a company wants to employ you they do not ask to know your credit score prior to interviewing you. That is one of the last things that they will ask of you and they will usually extend an offer of employment depending on the outcome. It's not the first thing. Plus, that isn't even a local number BY FAR for me either!! Total scam. And I got the same e-mail too saying that she like my resume more than the other 24 applicants.
I have had several companies that i have sent my resume to have asked me for my credit report. I have just deleted their info and just disregarded the email.
Wow i did the same thing.. got an email saying i was more qualified then the rest blah blah blah.. wanted me to do the credit score thing and then i google prumanLLC.... damn scams!
