They are a bunch of bullies until they meet their match. I told her to do what she had to do and when they come knocking at my door they better be ready for what happens next. She then asked was I threatening her and I told her no I'm making her a promise and patiently waiting. She hung up!!! I've worked in Collections years ago and we learn "what not to do" and this is it!
