I received this exact call, Susan Fitz with legalese sounding babble regarding ssi.. for an old user of my number..who is not me.. Luckily I captured this as a very long voice-mail and will be turning this over to law enforcement, the return call wants it to be placed at 6125647473, which is also a known scam number...
I received a voicemail on my cell phone from phone number (406) 558-2592 [Montana] on 1/10/17 at 7:30 PM, with the following message: "Federal law designates this matter as a confidential notice for [a name similiar to mine] if you were not [same name] please hang up now. Hello this is Ensign I.......given authorization to give you a final call concerning the matter here as I have not yet heard from you or counsel on the matter. It is possible still to find a voluntary resolution before this becomes a larger problem and based on your public record here I do believe you on the position to call and allow us to help keep your social clean. Please understand that if you do not contact us or have your attorney call this will permanently affect your record. This means that you should contact us as soon as you do have the opportunity today. I know that this is not good news but we are still in the position to help have a client giving us authorization to release in the process. The number is 651-204-1711 again the number is 651-204-1711 and you should call as soon as possible.
Got a call from Susan.. She used my last name and stated that if I called her today the matter could be fixed.. Apparently I have ssi issues?? I'm a retired cop.. Not using ssi .. Lol. Scam.
I received this call today from "Susan Set" and the message she left was transferred to my automatic written system like this:
"Please hang up now. Hello, this is Susan sets. I got a call on my cell from a susan fitts. I googled the number and the name and up pops 800notes. This woman has called 2 or 3 of my sisters, my mom and a few others for me to pay some fee with an unspecified company unspecified amount and no clear reason fo me owing her whatever amount it was she wanted. She said for me to have my attorney call the number she left. If i called her back by today then we can still work something out so that i will not be in trouble by federal law. Watch out for this person it a scam. She has other numbers she uses as well. Im so upset because my family shouldnt be contacted for my problems especially when they are fake accusations from a scammer. She scared the crap outta my mom. So sad that people like this are out there. I just pray for them.
