Today is February 23, 2017. Received a very similar message left on our recorder today at 2:26pm. The caller never introduces himself, or who he is calling for, much less who's behalf he is calling on. He doesn't even provide any account number. He only states the "Its imparative that you give me a call back by 6:00pm so I can inform you on whats about to take place with your account. Circumstances are unusual. You have until 6pm to reach out. Call 651-294-9400. The caller id shows the name of S. Petermann. Of course I'm not returning any call. If we owe someone some money they would send a bill but also provide business information.
Called my mom's phone earlier left the same threatening message call before 6pm today. She simply blocked the number. The way I see it is if its really important mail a bill a letter anything stating we owe. But with tax time not surprised these ridiculous calls are happening
Same garbage. This time it was a man. Did not say who he was calling for, who he was or what company, just a threat that I had better call before 6 p.m. He did mention an account but I have none that he could threaten me with.
The infamous Susan Fit/Fitz/Fitsch/Fisk (or whatever she's calling herself now) and her friends at DRS strikes again!

In any event,
Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:
1. Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2. Demand a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good.
3. Do not pay the collection agent or anyone else a dime until the debt is validated
Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.
If they are bothering you, report them:

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
