Just got the same message but it was a man didn't say who they were looking for and didn't leave a name or what company they wetr just a number. Call back about your account by 6:00 pm this was at 8:00 pm.
"It's imperative that you give me a call back today by 6:00 PM so I can inform you of what's about to take place with your account circumstances are both on usual both and actions and concessions. You have until 6:00 PM to reach out. 651-294-9400. Again 651-294-9400." Scamalicious...
I got the same call from a very rude man (if that's what you want to call him). Said he was trying to collect a debt and they were going to settle for 50% of it. My husbands debt. He stated he talked to me several times and i either hung up or had some sort of excuse, which never happened then started trying to tell me what i was gonna say to get out of it. He was so rude laughing like a psycho when I asked his name. He wanted me to set up a date to pay and give him my debit card, I told him I was not giving him my debit card info, he then stated that it is federal government and they do everything by the book. Because the government does everything right? that pissed him off so he started yelling and cursing me out so I told him and the government to kindly [***] off and have a nice day!
Got the same message and it kept cutting out and replaying. I figure if I was going to get sued I wouldn't be warned . He didn't give any other info. I've got scammed like this before thinking I was paying a debt off . It's still on my report, then months later they drafted my account again. Was a pain to dispute. Never again.
Threatening voicemail message. No company name provided. Call back by 6pm or an attorney will be contacted. Never received a call from the number before. Scam.
