I wasn't home to answer the phone, but it was probably someone trying to raise money for DARE again. I have told them numerous times not to call, but they always start up again after a few months.

Evidently since they are collecting for charity, they think that harassment of you is justified--even if you have an unlisted number and are on the national do not call list. They will only speak with the name on the phone bill. Call them or stop in to insist that they remove your number. They may lie to you. However, I have gotten them to stop calling at least for a few weeks. Evidently, your number is in their computer that keeps dialing you. We should all speak to our representatives until a law is passed against these parasites who repeatedly disturb our lives.
This number 651-379-5278 Safety services call us ALL the time. I donated once before I knew what jack a's they were and they will not stop calling. I have told them we cannot donate and they continue to call, they are EXTREMELY rude to me and my husband both, tell us this is the first time they've called-funny-, and just continue to call. There has to be something we can do about them.
