He emailed me too an told me he was out of town and couldnt show thr house. He said i can drive by the house to check it out. He sent me the application through email an told me to email it back to him. His said his name was Kenny L Rhenery.
651-400-0137 Posted a house on rentals.com for a very low rent. When contacted they state that they are out of town for a family emergency and cannot show the property, but it is available and you can peek inside and fill out an digital application (where they would presumably collect your ssn and info).
Their email address points to a non-existant website.
I found similar post on Rent.com for an unusually low rent as well. I got the same response (out of town, cannot show home, no local rep to show home). The scammer also sent me a PDF application. Can you let me know what name the scammer used, so I can see if it's the same person?
