robocall on my cell from   651-401-0608 caller ID said "No name" on Thursday 4-14-16 @  935 AM.

cell in different room so did not answer nor did they leave a message.
other callers said this number was from the credit card SCAMMERS.

added to my BLOCK list

Credit card company(?) Told me I wasn't in trouble with my credit card yet but wanted to help me lower my interest rate. Press 1 for yes or Press 3 to be removed from the list. I have yet to be removed from their list.

received call at 11:07AM, PST.  caller ID said it was from Minnesota. was a recording on how to lower your interest rate on your real estate.

Call duration 01m11s.  I let the phone rattle on until they hung up.
