definitely scammers - i don't have a credit card

Received a call on my cell phone,I did not answer.No message as my voice mail isn't set up. Put on auto block.Scammers calling me on landline as well.

Called and left an empty voicemail.

Just recieved a phone call from this number saying I was eligible for a lower interest rate on my credit card. The man who answered the phone could not answer which credit card company. He said he worked with major banks.

Called 4 times in the same day, I finally pressed 1 and when they answered I blew an air horn into the phone, I hope I burst his eardrums
