David, Please see my comment Dec 2. I think you should ask to speak with a supervisor if you keep getting calls. Any more I think that is the only way to get anywhere with any customer service...and of course be polite! LOL!
When I called them I hit the O and waited for a live person, then asked to speak with a tsupervisor about their outgoing calls. That worked pretty well, because I am actually respectful of their operation, just not the robo call method.
