Who called from 6572016948

Didn't click on link but  responded to similar email by giving my cell #...should I be worried??

I also responded to an ad on craigslist.  I did go to that safelist site and put in my number.  After several days, I did get a response, only it was the same email as the first time with a different whitelist number to go to.  I then responded to a second ad on craigslist.  It had the exact same message as the first one.  There were however 2 different email addresses.  One was [email protected].  The other was Lauren H. [email protected].  Even though I put my number into their "safelist", I haven't heard anything back from either one of them.  I hit reply to the email I received stating this better not be some scam to get my number.  I have yet to get any type of response.  I guess it is true, if it sounds to good to be true, it is.

My message was from a different number but same issue.  The number that called me was... 4026510787.  I called it back & got a voicemail for some guy named Dave.  Am thinking they might use our phone numbers we enter into the "safe" area to send this scam to the next person.  Here is my email message:

Until I read prior comments I didn't think but I purchased a car on Craigslist 10 days ago. I received a call from a male who was yelling at me saying. I'm sorry I got the wrong number you xxxx b. You bimbo xxxx. This is on my voice mail because I didn't pick up phone, didn't recognize the number. Its kind of scary. I don't know who he is and actually how much he knows about me. Was given information from another caller this number was flagged as a telemarketer SMS.
