Hello...... I feel your pain! I'm on a crusade to stop the madness of telemarketing companies that disrupt our lives and rip off small grass roots business. WCA...also known as FireBrand, located in Los Vegas, is a leads generator company that collects data about us via advertisements on the internet and then sells their telemarketing services, leads, to small business for a fee. What their customers don't realizes is this company is not operating in accordance to state and federal laws leaving their customers, the small mom and pop business, at risk for big lawsuit. What surprises me is with so many complaints about this company why hasn't anyone stopped them? Has our Federal government simply turn a deaf ear to our pleas for help? Without a strong consequence for this activity what incentives dose such a company have to work within the law. Maybe it’s time to send a message to our government officials asking them to “enforce” the laws that we tax payers have paid for instead of just beomg offered websites that do nothing, leading …and and lip service about how they are going to help us.
