For example, I have sprint and when I called, they told me how to log into my account, and from there, choose a tab that says "My Solicitors", then scroll down to "Block Voice" and at the bottom you can choose "Allow all except_____" Enter in the number and all the calls will be blocked. You can also do the same thing with texts.
