This number just text me and said "Hola Brad" I asked who this is and got no reply

They just replied with this "Lol if you wanna know who this is u got to add me on Y! msnger, my name is txtiechikie0"

I just received a text from this # - saying "hello"... These telemarketers are ruthless, lol

get a text from this number, they new my name was Ryan and  when I asked who it was they said "Lol, If you wanna know who this is u got to add me on Y! msnger, my name is textieflirter5"

How did they get my number?
I feel a little violated with this.
Please research and report the person/company doing this.
