Received hang up in voicemail.   Number blocked.

These suck. It calls my Google Voice number that forwards to my cell. Ugh But is this why 'they' needed zillions more phone numbers?

You are wasting your time. The FCC gets so many complaints that they can't possibly follow up on them. They follow up on the big time scammers. The DNC list is a gold mine for telespammers. All 100% good numbers. Such a deal for them.
