I have blocked as many numbers as I could but ran out of room so now I save under "Spam" I have caller ID with voice, saves me lots of running! worth the extra charge.
Like you I don't answer the phone anymore unless I recognize the name or number. I get 5-6 telemarketer calls everyday. I'm on every don't call list I know of and they these creeps ignore them. I figure if the call is for me they will leave a message and I can call back. What a way to live, but it seems once you answer a call it triggers 3-4 others that call within the next 5 minutes. After going through listening to dead air, airheads and unethical telemarketers I refuse to answer phone calls anymore.
