Boiler room running many scams from India.  This call was offering a business loan.  Sometimes they can't handle all the calls, and will hang up before you get to an agent.

Hope I am home to answer it. Do I have a  drug or drinking problem. No, there is a bar a few blocks away and I can get my drugs there too. Just kidding. LOL
