Received three phone calls from Steve Martin yesterday as well. Same threat about the IRS, appearing before a judge, etc. I won't be calling him back either!

I got a call this morning and then another one from the same number. I have a Spanish last name so I thought they were trying to scare immigrants. Of course they are unlisted in the reverse look-up. If they call me again, I will call back and tell them they've been reported to the Treasury Department.Thanks for the website. I guess this is a new twist on the old Nigerian fundraiser. We can tell them the turnip truck doesn't come near our street.
I just received a call from this same number, caller with heavy accent; claims if we do not respond or help, we can be held accountable by US government. I asked who this was and they hung up. I will also report this call.
10 attempts to call our number and a voice mail - Man with heavy accent claiming to be from Legal Affairs Enforcement - seems to know names. He was very busy today from what I read above....
Like Harassed, from the above message, I got a call from someone claiming to be from the Department of Legal Affairs Enforcement. Very funny...total scam of course :-)
