Windows asking me to log into my pc and give them info. I asked them a series of questions. I wanted to know what his favorite color was, did he prefer sandwiches for lunch or salads, was he a cat or dog person, does he like funny movies or serious ones. Jerk wouldn't answer me! He gave the phone to his boss and I asked him the same questions. They finally hung up. I had him on the phone for 8 minutes!!! New record for me!
