The caller new I was coming to the end of my Energy contract and was a pensioner. He claimed to be offering "Free" an energy saving device that could be "plugged in" and was going to cut 40% of my energy bills. What an idiot!! I told him that was impossible and was wasting my time. He was probably looking for personal information from me.
