Same as described above. Three identical messages left. Same bogus claim about US Treasury enforcement action... Pretty funny that he refers to magistrate judge, since those aren't used in the United States.
Steve Martin with a Philipino accent called and warned us about the Magistrate Judge 3 times today. And left exactly the same taped message every time.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Received this scam message in Bountiful, UT: "Hi my name is Steve Martin and this message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action. Executed by the United States Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid issue appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 657-859-7813. I repeat it's 657-859-7813. I'd like you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."
