Left a message stating that I had a claim against me. Left a case number and then stated "I have been served"
I called the number and gave them my "Case number" and told them to remove me from their list. Number that called: 660-530-0029
Called of threats to go to workplace or to residence. Gave a case number. It was a female voice that sounded as though it was a computer generated voice. DO NOT ANSWER.
They called and spoke to my father, threatened him and told him there was an action against him and he was going to be sued. This was his last chance to take care of this. My father is elderly, he called me upset, so I go to his house and call this # back. As with the other people it was a recording. So this morning I woke up and called them, aha, a person. He spoke broken English and so fast you couldn't understand him. I asked what company he was with. He told me CCR I told him he had been calling and harassing my father and if it didn't stop I was turning him into the FBI. We will see if it stops. I told my father not to answer the phone if he didn't know the #.
