I have been receiving the same threatening calls as well and I just harass them back. When they refuse to answer my questions I persist and they usually hang up on me. So I keep calling back asking for any and all information related to their "claimed" legal action. They get so mad and keep hanging up on me. KEEP THEIR PHONE LINES BUSY !!!!!
My husband was called twice from this number. I called and finally got a hold of someone. She threatened all kinds of charges. Said it was a credit card debt. Had all his info, even his ss#. Bad part is my husband had a credit card in almost 20 years.

They called every day very annoying saying something like a law suit filed against you and such... an obvious scam. If there is a real problem, the law required them to notify you in writing...
Some action being taken against my ex-husband ... Threats then no-one answers when you call back. Finally got some woman to answer and told her I would be turning them in for fraud and harassment because they are and won't stop calling. She got mad and claimed to have an officer of the law present.
