661-221-4705 has called 3 x's in last 2 days - there is no response when I answer. City says call originates from Mojave. I have blocked the #.

Called and left NO Message!  When number is dialed, a typical recording about, ". . .a product offer, please press 1. . .blah. . .blah. . .blah. . ." is played.  This is a part of a massive, nefarious SPAM/SCAM operation that uses illegal number spoofing/phishing, and robocalling to defraud people.  DO NOT ANSWER!

I called the number back, just now, and it's disconnected.
