i recieved a call from a 284-633-1042 and he addressed his names as officer david jones and to call him back at 661-230-3036 because i had a lawsuit of fraud and checks. iv never recieved any money in my account and when i told him i didnt recieve anything he started yelling and told me stop lien and hung up. i called back and cursed him out and he hung up again.
I just got a weird call from this number at work asking for someone I work with... Officer Alex Fleming, he left 661-230-3036 as a return call number but would not say what the call was in reguards to. Heavy Indian accent. Thought it was very strange, but after reading all these posts, makes sense. Probably a scam.
I also received a call from "Robert Jackson" with an Indian accent I could hardly understand! At work... he harassed me and refused to hang up... even told me he would keep calling me until I gave him my credit card number. I told him I would call him back on my break;once I did I told him I didn't have my debit card on me and I would call him when I got home. He couldn't even tell me who I owed $ to. Thank God for this site...I called Tanya at the FBI (thanks for the info) she was very helpful. I gave her the # she called the # and called me back..... ITS A SCAM!
I received the same message. This person keeps calling me at work...and I don't want to get in trouble... how do I make it stop! I have already notified the FBI and the attorney general.
I just received a call from Officer Alex Fleming claiming he was from state investigation I told him to tell me where I got some money from and when I got it, he could not answer me and said you know. I asked to speak with his supervisor he refused to allow me to speak with his supervisor and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. I called back again he asked me why do I keep calling him, I told him because he is calling me and threatening me but cant provide me with any detail information. He hung up again. Then he called my work number I immediatley asked to speak with his supervisor and he transferred me to a Brad King stating that he was an officer with state investigation also and he was a Supervisor. He said that I received money from the mother company USA Cash Advance who manages over 200 loan companys. I told him that I never requested any money and never signed anything. He said that when I went online and requested a loan they sent me money, I told him that I filled a fraud case against them with my bank because I never requested any money from any company. My bank advised me that when they investigated the file these people showed them the application I did online several weeks ago.......Biggest SCAM do not fall for this foolishness I will NEVER apply for anything online again!!!!!!!!!
I GOT THOSE SAME CALLS TO MY JOB AND CELL PHONE TALKING BOUT I TOOK OUT A LOAN AND I NEED TO PAY THEM BACK ASAP. HE HUNG UP I CALLED BACK HE SAID I SOUND A LIL UPSET AND I WAS. E TOLD ME IF I STOP YELLING HE WILL DROP THE CASE AND IF I KEEP YELLING HE WILL KEEP THE CASE OPEN I WAS HIGHLY UPSET UNTIL I DID A LIL RESEARCH OF MY OWN. CURSE THEM OUT AND HANG UP.
