I just got the same message, called it and provided bank card info. The problem I see is that someone has hacked into bank of america. As my partner also has a joint account with them. who would know we both had an account with them and our cell phone numbers and the first 7 letters of our account? except bank of america. They are the only ones. someone has hacked bank of am.
