Who called from 6612494119

Their call was blocked BEFORE they robodialed our home.  We have had the entire 661 area code blocked for several months now - thanks to our digi tone call blocker.  
They can change phone numbers all they like but if they call from the 661 area code, they are BLOCKED!
Our phones do not ring when a blocked call come in.
Called at 10:32am.

Have received a couple calls from thema nd I believe it has to do with solar. I do not answer and they do not leave messages.

called yesterday and today.  left no message.  CID shows "GO GREEN EDUCAT."  Blocked now!!!

6  days mid-afternoon  cell didn't answer; not sure, but I think I also got from same earlier. got nothing more  fun than to post to this blip.

Android white list prevented the call from ringing through. No voice mail left, likely telemarketer.
