Must be the day to be called by this number. Same here, back-2- back calls, no one answers, no recording. Too many number on my block list to add this one.

The DNC List is alive and well, and performing as it was intended.
The National Do Not Call Registry is not a magic switch attached to your phone line, that will block calls. If you believed it was, your belief is sadly mistaken.
The DNC List is NOT a call blocking service.
The DNC list can help stop calls originating from legitimate, registered telemarketers who have paid to subscribe to the list.
Your calls were not from legitimate, registered telemarketers.Therefore, the DNC list cannot stop those calls.
