Unknown number appeared.  661-249-4351.  If I don't know you, I don't answer.  They did not leave a message.  I've been on the Do Not Call Registry for years.  I can block them.

Tired of phone scams and obviously having info sold.
Just like internet scams,  past time to put some teeth to legislation to at least give these criminals pause.
