Calling your Business or Home?   If Business, hummmm.   If home, most people like call blockers.  Or not answering.  And don't call them back, ever.  If you know what the calls are about, sometimes there are other steps you can take.  Based on your post, if this is concerning a home phone, blocking makes sense to me.
