Calling your Business or Home? If Business, hummmm. If home, most people like call blockers. Or not answering. And don't call them back, ever. If you know what the calls are about, sometimes there are other steps you can take. Based on your post, if this is concerning a home phone, blocking makes sense to me.
I answered because it was a local number. It was a recording saying it was from Google advertising and I could get front page placement and clicks and better exposure to people that look for local businesses like mine. Press one to confirm, press 2 to be removed. I couldn't press 2 fast enough.
