Some clown named "Paris Jones" called up my business from this number looking for a former intern, claiming that they had "paperwork regarding charges against her" but refused to identify themselves upon demand and hung up on me when I demanded further information.  Calling the number back gets a curt recording saying that "you have reached the investigations department" and that they don't accept incoming calls.  Clearly an illegally operating debt collector.
