Kept asking for me but wouldn't divulge who they were. Sounded very phony.

Called back and number disconnected.

Told me I'm qualified for special federal and state programs to reduce my PG&E and wanted to send someone out to tell me which ones I qualified for. Mentioned the San Bruno incident. Kept repeating herself when I asked pertinent questions and told me I'm mentally off when I said I have to go to an appointment.
