asked for my mother said this is her daughter "I'll call back later" then i tried to explain this is my cell and she hung up
I called back to complain and a machine just says "high volume of calls someone will be with you shortly" for about 30 seconds and then disconnects
I have been with Monitronics for 2 years now and I have to say they have surprised me with their professionalism. They have worked with me when my bank has screwed up not paying them and when I have a false alarm they have attempted to cancel the call to authorities. For some reason in Memphis, Tn when emergency cal fire, police or ambulance is made they will not cancel but have to show up. I did receive a call from this number this morning and it was a robocall but I let the answering machine get it. I don't call companies who think so little of me as to have a machine call me. If they want to talk then put a real live human on the phone and not hide your number or pretend to be someone else or even worse they show up as unknown caller.
Received the call from this number. The area code is Bakersfield, CA. I automatically answer due to I just moved here and no one has my new number here.
It baffled me when the lady said I signed up. How? When? Where?
I know I have not signed up for anything.
You can tell the call was connecting to a machine or to another phone line. The long pauses. The clicking. The background noise.
