Caller ID said TELECOM CSTSRVC. Did not leave a message. White Pages does not have a match for this number. A search of the term TELECOM CSTSRVC yields numerous complaints about fraudulent callers using this caller ID with other phone numbers. The evidence points to a robo-caller so this number is now blocked on my phone.
