Hopefully this doesn't start another string of calls from Med Clinic, with whom I have no reason to do business anyway. I've had calls from this Caller ID, just not I guess from this number.
March 17, 2017, 9:29 AM. Call from 661-306-0083. Caller ID said, "MED CLINIC." No message.
I just scrolled down a couple more numbers and find that I've also had a all from these guys from a different number, just 4 days earlier.
March 13, 2017, 10:31 AM. Call from 657-271-1086. Caller ID said, "MED CLINIC." They don't leave messages.
Caller asked for a specific woman's name. "Can I speak to Ahhhneee?" Well, there's no one here called "Ahhhneee". Sounds weird to me because I don't know anyone in that city and have never heard of the generalized term "Med Clinic" before. Only a scammer wouldn't say exactly who is calling. And there's no business named "Medical Clinic". I hung up the phone. We are on the do not call list for years for our unlisted number. But scammers call all day long. First a scammer called about a back brace. We are not interested in a back brace. Five minutes later this number called "Med Clinic phoned. All day long....callers call about medical alert buttons or medical clinics or back braces....Hey, we are not interested folks. They keep calling because they think we're aged ripe enough to scam, ham, or re-program....Sorry callers. Not interested in getting calls from folks we don't know and haven't thoroughly researched and read reviews on. Stop calling. It has gone on year after year all day long. We never buy from strangers who call us on the phone unsolicited. And no, we never called anyone asking for information. So stop using that old line....It stinks out loud like phishing. We never buy from callers asking for information in order to sell us something. Stop the calls, folks. We are not interested in buying anything from callers and unsolicited sales people, account managers, and similar folk...because the shopping mall is around the corner and meets all our needs.
