Calls 20 times an hour. A call back yields an answer and a hang up after a few seconds. Never leaves a message. So what do you think? Trustworthy or not? Blocked the number. Time to move on. Anybody know if denial of service is illegal on the phone lines? With this frequency it could be criminal.
