I got a call from this number(661-328-8715) and initially it was just static, but after waiting a minute or so, someone started talking, and claimed to be from "Better Education something". I have also recieved a call from(407-803-5432) which comes up with the same static noise, however I did not wait to see if there was anyone there.
P.S. I have been recieving calls from 407-803-5432 at least once a day for the past week or so.
Just checked caller id and noted a few more strange numbers popping up: 310-579-9112, 614-607-5038, 503-812-0055,757-769-7127,310-876-1544. Also searched some of them, and apparently they claim to be "Better Education for All". Keep an eye out, these numbers seem very mysterious.
P.S. They all come paired with a city name and/or state name.
