yep they called me  said i can recieve a 9000 $ grant   it cost me 745 $ so far  after the 500 payment  they said  we  will tranfer money in 30 min,   they called back and said  we goofed  we need another 798 $ from u to western union u the 9000 grant   so the price went from free goverment grant to   245 , to 500 ,  and then 798 more  and david  in at the bank in  california  conducting all this scam melvin green is a part of the scam too, i want US back to refund the 745 $$ they rightfully owe me now  US banks  are  all through out  the united states  so its simple cut me a check i pick it up and move on   or i will  tell everybody about the scam there pulling
