Call blocking is the only thing that will stop idiot telemarketers. They DO NOT CARE if they are breaking the law. It is almost always COMPUTER SOFTWARE that is calling, so it doesn't bother them at all. "Catching" them would be nice, but a futile effort & not likely any consequences. So get a call blocker telephone or device (I use Ooma premium VoiP telephone service)
