"Chris." I let him start his spiel, then interrupted to ask the name of his company, which he gave as Home Design Center. I told him that I had written down his name, his company's name, date and time of call and the fact that I warned him that I was on the "do not call" list since 2013. I told him that the law provided that a second call would legally subject him and his company to a small claims action for $500 (if I could ever find him or the company to serve it -- the call ID indicated the call was from Cayuma, CA, but it is not doubt an unidentified boiler room). So I finally figured out how to block numbers on my phone and this became the first of what, unfortunately, will no doubt be many more..
