High priced, cheaply made knock-off's of the similar sounding "Life Alert" style product. This one just comes with a contract you can't cancel for a number of months AND a monitoring fee that is almost FOUR TIMES that of a reputable service - with NO contract.

Called four times in three minutes, didn't even have a chance to block 'em in between.
No message, no one responded when I finally said 'Yes?' after a pause - they just hung up.
