Got a call from this number at 8:28 am this morning. Did not answer as did not recognize the number - Obvious recorded message from someone who does not speak very good English -middle of the message recorded -Something about having my attorney (or at least it sounded like that) and urgent matter, fraud, IRS etc. SHEESH Blocked this scammer.
